We are Carme and Alfons, Sant Grau Cottages owners and we would like to give you a warm welcome in our home. We would like to remind you we are so glad to work for you since 1989. During this time we have professionally grown thanks to your confidence.
Twenty years later we present you our web page to be closer to you and give you the opportunity of consulting and observing our offers and services in our delicious cottage and its natural and amazing environment.
We hope you enjoy your visit and, if you wish, you enjoy your stay too, in our rural house. We promise you it is not only beautiful but also peaceful and nice.

INTRODUCTION:
Sant Grau is a seventeenth-century country house. Annexed to it is the hermitage of Sant Grau. Sant Grau has recently restored its mural paintings. These are of great cultural value due to their unique type of topology, making them interesting.

La Finca or Country state of Sant Grau is located between 3 regions: Berguedà, the Bages and our Solsones county, in the province of Lleida, in an isolated country house, but well-connected at only 8 minutes from the town of Cardona which is located in the Navès municipality is located in the County of Solsones.

We have 4 Cottage that are fully independent from each other can be rented separately starting from 2 to 24 people, or rent them all four Cottages that also includes a spacious hall which is fully equipped.

COTTAGES:

*We must say, all of our four cottages we are going to describe you right now are fully equipped including electronic devices, electro domestics and bed linen. We also provide: cribs, highchairs, bed rails, baby bath tub etc if necessary.

There are 2 properties at The Casa Grande: Sant Grau 1 and Sant Grau 2.

Sant Grau I Sleeps 6 plus 2 people.
Includes dining room, kitchen, attached to the terrace with a porch, 4 rooms, three of them master rooms and one twin size bedroom with 2 individual beds each it also has 2 bathrooms.
The property is access through a few steps.

Sant grau II. Total occupancy of 6 persons.
With a living room, American kitchen, attached to it a large terrace with porch. Total bedrooms 4, one a master bedroom, one twin size bedroom provided with two individual beds , and two single independent bedrooms with 2 individual beds each of them. There are two full bathrooms.
This house is accessed directly from the exterior, there are no steps involved.

The Sant Grau Cottage. Total occupancy from 4 to 6 persons.
It has American kitchen, one master bed room and two twin size bedrooms with individual beds, a full bathroom with a large terrace with an attached porch, immediate access to the exterior. Ground level property.

The Sant Grau Porxet, Total occupancy from 6 to 8 persons.
With 120 square metres space, this house is fully adapted for people with physical handicap that require wheelchair assistance.
It has a kitchen-dining room with a fire-place. Four bedrooms: two Master bedrooms, and also two twin size bedroom with 2 beds of 90cm each, a full bathroom, terrace with an attached porch with direct access to the exterior, no steps involved.

HALLS:

We have 2 large halls which can be rented separately or together. The housed about 25 persons, fully equipped, and another large room of about 200mt2 perfect for meetings, conferences, family or friends reunions or any event you want to hold.
Catering service can be contract if necessary.

Outside: Extensive gardens Rustics, rural roads, which can be strolled quietly observing Nature, and animals that inhabit it, all city noise free.
Letting nature take you away.

If you would like to have fun you can use our facilities: Pool, Barbeque area, table games, sports area while little children are playing in a room for them or take guided children activities.

There is also a little grocery store in our property. We also provide a free covered parking.

ENVIRONMENT INFORMATION

Naves: located in the Solsones county between the regions of Bages and Bergeda. At an altitude of 610 meters above sea level in the heart of Catalonia. This municipality is crowd free, where we enjoy pure clean air.

Excursions on foot or by car:
If you visit us you would be able to have impressive walks and visit beautiful places near our property such us:

-Sant Ponç Dam, at 4 km away. Where you could refresh yourselves in summertime
-Cardona: 7 km. The Salt Mountain of Cardona, unique in the word, it offers discounts for our customers, the Castle of Cardona, and of course, its small medieval town with old quarters, its festivals and quiet streets.
- Solsona: our county capita. 16 km far from Naves. A rich Region in art and culture, like the Sanctuary of the Miracle of Baroque style, the Diocesan Museum is listed as one of the most important European in its style. The Solsones is very traditional with its carnivals, festivals and fairs based on agriculture and livestock, etc...
- Heading towards Bussa, we will find the viewpoint that makes up the church and the Besora Castle.
-The Bussa’s plane, a strategic corner of the Sierra de Bussa, it has an altitude of 1526 m.
- The former prison, called the Capolatell, which served as a military prison during the civil war.
- Sant Pedro de Graudescales, pre-romanesque arquitectural style.
- The dam of the horse and Losa Sant Llorens de Morunys, where you can practice different sports at only 20 km. away.

During the skiing season you can arrive easily in Port del Compte (only 4o minutes far by car) there you will find 47 kilometres to practice this common winter sport in our region.
